FAMILY WEEKEND AWAY - find it hard to find a place big enough for the family? Our beach house is perfect for families, with six accessible bedrooms it can fit a few families. Which makes this beach house very affordable. Great location for a cheeky family get away.

Please note that this house isn't a party house as it resides alongside close residential properties. Respect for the locals is needed while staying.
The space
This house was built in 2017 and offers many rooms for you and your extended family and friends. As a result of offering many rooms and being a two storey house, it is likely you will hear your guests shuffling around upstairs from the ground level.
We have sweeping views over the water and we over look The Hazards. It is in the heart of Swansea. All shops in Swansea are within walking distance and it is a short drive to experience wineries and the beautiful scenic areas of the east coast.

Guest access
Guest will have pretty much full access to the house. one room, under the stairs and under the house will not be permitted. Under the stairs and the one room that won't be accessible to guests will be locked.
